Sweep dynamic plots displaying country-wise frequencies of amino acid changes in the spike protein of SARS-CoV-2 over time. Amino acid changes are defined via an ancestral reconstruction on a phylogenetic tree and frequencies are calculated and evaluated as described in Klingen et al. (2018). Changes detected as significantly on the rise are shown in colour.
